Our approach to copywriting starts with gathering information in a discovery interview – about your business, your audiences and your objectives, plus keyword or SEO data.  We also compile and analyse SEO and PPC keyword data. Ongoing copywriting support and one-off projects benefit from this discovery interview. All your key people are invited, so we can work together to align expectations on brand message/position and objectives. 

Thereafter, we follow an agreed content production process that includes a strategy and schedule. We’ll also agree how we will get the information we need to write for you, and a process of drafts, feedback and amendments. In addition, we’ll agree the KPIs we will use to measure performance.
