Let's begin the performance journey. Here's how we begin a prospective engagement. No obligation or pushy sales from our end. It's a conversation, not a pitch.
If you’re a growth-minded business, and you’re eager to improve digital performance and ROI – we’re ready to speak.
We are happy to provide a no obligation initial consultation, evaluate your current situation and measure how our capabilities fit your target.
What do Door4 look for in a client?
We look for 3 things in a client.
- Digital performance is crucial to the success of your business.
- You want to grow the business. Our performance service is designed to support growth through ambitious digital programs of work.
- You’re looking for a retained partner, not a “quick win.” Our performance marketing services are based on a program of work over 6-12 months.
What should you look for in an agency?
We expect you to be demanding of us – so…
- You hold us to account – not see us as a monthly expense
- You want an agency that looks to deliver ROI – and track commercial KPIs
- You expect high standards of service, without complacency and attention-decay
So, what are the next steps?
For most of our engagements, we follow a clearly defined process that ensures we fully understand your challenges, we have the right background data, and we present a suitably scaled solution that fits your requirements. Simply complete our simple form and we’ll be in touch promptly.
Briefing Call
We setup an initial call, by Zoom or Teams.
We discuss your the outline of your performance marketing challenges, your internal team and skills make-up and where you want to be.
If there’s a brief, or some formal requirements, now is a great time to get these on the table.
We assess the shape/scale of your requirements – confirm whether it’s a fit for Door4 and agree a date/time for our Requirements Capture call.
Data Analysis
Typically, we request access to your platform analytics data, to allow us to benchmark existing performance.
This can be Google Analytics (or your preferred analytics tools), Ads (Google/Bing) and any conversion platforms (eg VWO).
In some cases, access to a CMS or OMS is beneficial although we minimise this request if it’s not crucial.
Requirements Capture
Once we have initial sight of your platform data, and an outline of what you want to achieve, we can put the right consultants and analysts in the room.
We work through the A->B. How do we get your performance from where it is, to where it wants to be.
Typically, this is 60-120 minutes, depending how sophisticated the brief is. If we need to book in additional time for more complex requirements, we may do so.
We anticipate your key stakeholders to be present, in order to ensure that the requirements are fully validated, against commercial goals.
Solution Playback (“the pitch”)
We playback our solution, ideally to the same stakeholders that participated in the requirements capture.
A 60-120 minute session, which typically takes place around 14 days after the Requirements Capture session.
We present our background research, the proposed strategy and a breakdown of costings for the program of work.
We measure immediate feedback, to ensure that we have produced a response which fits the requirements, and your growth ambition.
Solution Feedback
Once you’ve had time to digest our solution, we ask that you offer feedback, whether it’s a YES or a NO.
If we are to work together, then we’ll move to agree terms, and discuss next steps and timings.
If you don’t want to engage Door4 at this stage, then we’ll capture your constructive and candid feedback.
