People: Sessions work best with 2-4 members of your team.  It is helpful for us to have their details in advance, but not essential.

Duration: We run two sessions – around 2.5 hours per session. You will request your first slot time here.

Location: Art of the Possible usually takes place at our Burnley Wharf HQ, but usually we are happy to operate the session at your premises if you have a quiet room with a large screen and whiteboard.  The date options below are checked in real-time for sessions at Door4.

How much does the Program cost?
The Program is charged at £995+vat for the two sessions.

Value or it’s free – you say?  How does that work?
Simple.  If you do not feel that the Program uncovers £10k of potential savings/value to your organisation, we will credit the invoice – no quibble, no questions, no argument.  We ask you this question 48 hours after session 2.

Who can request an Innovation Workshop program?
We work with senior managers and company directors who have the authority to make strategic decisions within their organisation.

“We don’t really understand AI – is this for us?”
Yes — especially for you.
The session isn’t about learning AI technology. It’s about exploring where automation and smarter processes can drive efficiency and growth. You just need to understand your business.

I don’t understand everything you’ve said above – will this be useful?
Absolutely. If you know how your organisation works, and you care about improving performance, this will be valuable. You don’t need to be technical — we’ll translate ideas into plain business terms.

Does committing to the Program commit me to future work with Door4?
No. The sessions are completely standalone. There’s zero ongoing obligation or follow-up commitment.

Do I need to be a Door4 client to request an Innovation Workshop session?
No — the programme is open to any eligible business, though our clients are of course welcome.

Is the workshop open to everyone?
We typically work with businesses turning over £5m+ or employing 30+ staff — that’s the scale where automation and AI can deliver measurable value.

How long does the session last
We allow two x 2.5hr blocks.  It’s fast, structured, and respectful of your time.

I have a large team, can I request multiple sessions?
Yes. Most businesses start with a single two-session programme to build clarity and focus.
If you’d like to extend the process or involve additional departments, we can design a follow-on series that builds on The Art of the Possible and develops your roadmap further.
