We’ve had a lot of great news to share with our clients in their monthly meetings over the last few weeks, with plenty of year-on-year improvements to share too, so grab a brew and enjoy our latest highlights reel.
(As always, we redact our client names but please feel free to reach out to us if you’re looking for more information)
Driving more sales whilst being more cost-effective
Door4 recently undertook a project to improve the website indexability of one of our longtime automotive clients. The results of the project have been impressive! In 2024, the client’s organic traffic saw a notable increase of 91%, which led to a significant boost in revenue by 124%. The agency has also continued to work on the website in January and February, with expectations that the website’s performance will continue to improve throughout the year.
In recent months, Door4 delivered outstanding performance across various disciplines, including Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC), Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), and Web Development. The agency was able to increase the client’s revenue by 10% while also improving the overall Return on Investment (ROI) by 10%.
It’s the results that speak for themselves, our work has helped the client to drive additional sales and be more cost-effective at the same time!
Improving lead quality
Over the last year, Door4 has collaborated closely with our client in the medical space to enhance the quality of their leads. Our collective efforts have produced impressive results, with the contactable rate of leads skyrocketing from a mere 20% back in January 2023 (when we first began working with this client) to a whopping 94% in 2024. This was achieved with a combination of improved targeting and internal processing changes, and recommendations on the clients’ website.
Our client in the national family sector has achieved big wins with SEO and organic content this last year. The impressive results include a 27% increase in clicks, a 29% increase in impressions, and an improvement in their average ranking by two positions, compared to December 2022. Our SEO and content teams work consistently to enrich pages for SEO and provide technical fixes (plus more!) and the results speak for themselves!
Additionally, we have witnessed a season of high website conversion rates, with strong and consistent performance throughout the winter months, especially in December. This is a brilliant achievement, considering the typically lower numbers experienced over the Christmas period. It is rare to see such consistent month-on-month improvement leading up to December. Taking into account the collective months of November and December, this winter season’s conversion rates are the best we have seen in over four years.
Paid Performance on the rise
For one of our clients in the professional services sector, we’ve been working over the last few months to increase lead quality whilst improving all aspects of their current paid media set-up. In our latest monthly performance meeting, we provided a year-end look at Paid Search traffic, where we’d seen an 80% increase in conversion rate year on year.
What’s next? While Paid Search sees higher conversion rates due to intent levels, Organic Search makes up the majority of this particular site’s traffic – meaning this is a key area for our focus via SEO, wherein small uplifts can make a huge difference. Stay tuned for updates!
And that’s a wrap! December was another busy time for our team with lots to squeeze into the shorter month. A huge congratulations to everyone involved! For more information or a general chat about your brand performance, feel free to contact us!
