A slow, unstable website was holding back visibility, usability and future marketing growth.
Defib Warehouse had outgrown their existing website. The platform had become slow, the user experience was inconsistent, and the backend had grown difficult to work with reliably. Page editing caused issues, the CMS could crash, and the site had accumulated a large number of plugins and a complex page builder setup.
This created a clear commercial problem. Door4’s SEO work was being held back because Google could not reliably load, read and index important pages. Richer content had been created for key brand pages, but the site’s speed and load issues meant those improvements were unable to have their intended impact.
Our objective was to improve website speed, performance and usability so Defib Warehouse had a platform capable of supporting SEO, content, UX and development work. The team also needed to maintain business-critical functionality throughout the rebuild, particularly around ecommerce operations and order management.
