What did we get for the spend?
A free two-hour event on turning daily marketing data into commercial proof. Leave with a measurement framework and a KPI hierarchy that fits on one board slide.
Speakers
  • Leon Calverley
  • Sean Dwyer

How to answer the spend question in one slide

Join Door4 to see how to build a measurement plan that your board actually wants, and how to prove marketing value.

In just two hours with us, you’ll see real-life examples of measurement strategy leading to commercial results, find the point where growth starts costing money, and watch an AI agent do a full reporting job live.

Leave with a measurement framework you’ve already started and a set of KPIs that fit on one slide.

Get a day of your week back

We’ll show you how to cut a time-consuming reporting job down to one question, so that your time goes into the decision instead of the deck.

Six hours building the report. Four minutes discussing it in the meeting. Sound familiar?

  • If your platforms claim more sales or leads between them than the business actually got, this is the event for you.
  • If reporting takes most of a day each week and changes nobody’s mind, this is the event for you.
  • If your budget changed this year, and so did the questions attached to it, this is the event for you.

Leave with three things that you can use the same week.

  • A measurement framework you'll use daily
Using your own objectives, it covers what you want to achieve, how you'll know it's working, and who owns each number.
  • A KPI hierarchy ready for your next board pack
You'll pick your main metrics, map the few things that move it, and set limits that stop you improving one number while damaging another.
  • A straight answer on what AI can do for you
Watch a reporting agent pull the data, build the charts and write the commentary on real numbers.

Has the board stopped trusting marketing’s impact?

Together, we’ll reconcile how marketing can show its value by aligning with the business’s commercial strategy.

Has growth started costing more money?

We’ll read revenue alongside spend, margin and fixed costs to find the point where scaling activity stops making money.

Who this is for:

Marketing managers, heads of marketing and marketing directors – plus the owner-managers who keep asking that question in the title.

We built this for businesses that sell products or generate leads every day. Marketing data arrives daily, so bad measurement costs money every week, not every quarter.

It probably isn’t for you if:

  • You’ve got an in-house analyst and a measurement setup you trust
  • You want tactical channel tips… this sits a level above that
  • You’d rather not hear that your current reporting might be a waste of time

Q&A

The venue

Nearly two-thirds of UK marketing departments can't fully connect spend to outcome. 25% have no visibility into campaign ROI at all; a further 38% measure it for some campaigns but not all.

Got questions?

How long is it? Doors at 09:00, finished by 12:00. That’s two hours of content, with breakfast & networking at the start and questions at the end. You’re welcome to stay and chat afterwards.

Is this an AI session? Partly. We’ll show AI doing real reporting work, but the core of it is measurement thinking that would have held true twenty years ago. The tools are new; the discipline isn’t.

I run lead generation, not ecommerce. Is this still for me? Yes. The reconciliation problem is the same whether the platforms are double-counting sales or leads, and we’ll cover both.

Can I bring a colleague? Yes, and we’d encourage it. We just ask that everyone attending registers separately.

Is there parking? Yes, free parking at Crow Wood.

I came to the last one — is this the same content? No. This follows on from “Your Marketing Measurement Is Useless” in March, but it’s new material with a commercial reporting focus. Come along even if you were at that one.
