Which GA4 metrics can optimise User Experience?
GA4 offers several metrics that can help you track user experience on your website or app.
Engagement rates.
This metric measures the level of user engagement on your website. Engaged sessions are those in which users spend a certain amount of time on your app or your site, interact with multiple Pages or screens, and then complete specific actions.
Conversion rate.
This measures the percentage of users who complete a desired action on your website such as making a purchase or filling out a form. A high conversion rate indicates that users are finding your site easy to use and are motivated to take action.
Time on page.
This metric measures the average amount of time users spend on a particular page or a screen on your website, a high time on page can indicate that users find the content or the functionality on that page valuable and engaging.
Click-through rate.
This metric measures the percentage of users who click on a link or a button on your website. A high click-through rate can indicate that users are finding your site easy to navigate and they’re motivated to take action.
