In the last quarter, our team has delivered outstanding results across a variety of client campaigns, spanning paid social, PPC, CRO, and SEO. These efforts have driven significant growth across multiple sectors, showcasing the power of our strategic approach and constant optimisation.
A recent standout project was with our nationwide client in the family sector. Paid social performance exceeded expectations, with a 70% increase in enquiries compared to forecast, thanks to targeted campaigns focused on key conversion points. Our attention to key services paid off particularly well, with page views in this area soaring by an impressive 670% YoY.
Overall, the site’s conversion rate improved by 57%, demonstrating the success of our ongoing CRO work. In addition, we helped this client surpass their annual enquiry target by 9%. Despite running high-cost testing campaigns, we achieved a 30% reduction in their cost per acquisition (CPA). Our SEO efforts also produced results, securing featured snippet placements and improving organic visibility, which is increasingly crucial in AI-driven SERPs.
In the e-commerce space, our automotive client saw success again. Revenue for their trade website increased by 50% against forecast, while Facebook image ad testing produced a 300%+ return on ad spend (ROAS). Further, testing ad copy text led to a 5% increase in click-through rates (CTR) and a 4% rise in ROAS.
On the SEO front, organic growth was up 51% YoY, following a sustained programme of improvements to their digital presence.
We’ve also achieved significant PPC wins across various clients. For the national training business we support, our testing of weekday vs. weekend spend allocation resulted in a 9% increase in weekly lead volume. Meanwhile, a focus on location-based SEO for a client in the home improvement sector resulted in improved organic visibility and a 38% YoY increase in paid search conversion rates. Our work with a home improvement and DIY client also led to strong keyword ranking improvements, alongside a 105% YoY increase in organic conversions following a website migration! Kudos to our team!
Our CRO efforts also paid dividends, with our latest batch of tests for our automotive client resulting in an average 9% increase in conversion rates. A key homepage element saw a 9% uplift through an iterative test, highlighting the impact of data-led optimisation. Despite various challenges from changes in search engine algorithms, the brand achieved a year-high in organic traffic and reached top-3 rankings for several competitive keywords.
Lastly, we’ve had a positive start to a new project with a b2b client, where a recent design workshop helped define the direction for their website redesign. This collaboration will enhance their brand presence and support future growth. Watch this space for updates on this project!
