Social Spaces, a design-led furniture brand under DAMS UK, needed its website to reflect a premium positioning ahead of new catalogue and showroom launches.
The existing WooCommerce build was functional but catalogue-style, making it harder for buyers to connect with product features and USPs like sustainability.
The commercial imperative was clear: modernise the digital brand, drive sales with richer product journeys, and create a stable foundation for future marketing activity. Delivery was complicated by client availability during office moves and brochure production, with an evolving scope adding pressure to timelines.
