Understanding the MVP Approach

The Art of the Possible outlines MVP strategies for AI/automation pilots. It’s not an academic lecture or sales pitch, and any MVP ideas generated can be delivered by Door4 or others.

What Is an MVP?

An MVP is a “minimal viable product” – the simplest technical product that tests key assumptions with minimal resources and risk. By focusing on core functionality first, you accelerate learning, reduce waste, and de-risk innovation. An MVP delivers results, with the least complex approach – and allows you to evaluate whether a more robust service development would benefit your business.  Real-world feedback informs next steps, ensuring development is guided by genuine needs.

What to expect from the 100 Minute Sprint
  • Kick-Off

We begin by setting the stage for our 100-minute sprint, clarifying what we aim to achieve together. In this opening, we align on your marketing objectives and ensure everyone understands how our focused innovation session will generate powerful, AI-driven MVP concepts.

  • Explore AI Success Cases

We showcase proven AI applications that have produced real commercial results. By highlighting tangible benefits—like cost savings, increased engagement, and smoother operations—you’ll see how innovative technology can advance your marketing strategy and deliver rapid ROI.

  • Data & Tech Stack Analysis

We then take a high-level look at your current data sources and technology integrations, helping you identify quick wins and critical gaps. This practical review sets the foundation for implementing GenAI and automation solutions with an eye toward future scalability.

  • Generate MVP Innovation Ideas

With insights from the previous steps, we lead a dynamic brainstorming session to propose several high-impact MVPs. Here, we clarify each idea’s target user benefits, commercial potential, and how GenAI can be leveraged for a competitive edge.

  • Feasbility Review

Once we’ve gathered the top concepts, we collaborate to evaluate each for complexity and commercial impact. You’ll gain a clear view of resource requirements, data readiness, and integration steps—helping you pinpoint which MVPs are ideal for immediate testing and which can drive long-term value.

  • Future Forward

To close, we wrap up by summarising key outcomes and assigning actionable follow-ups. We present a roadmap for turning the most promising MVPs into tangible results and recommend ongoing innovation sessions to keep your marketing strategy on the leading edge of automation and AI advancements.

SIMPLICITY x IMPACT

We integrate the simplicity x impact principle into our innovation sprints to evaluate ideas based on ease of execution and potential value.
By scoring each concept, we quickly filter out those that are too complex or offer low returns. This structured approach enables us to focus on a select few, high-impact automation/AI implementation projects that promise significant ROI with minimal implementation risk.
