You can join us at Door4’s Burnley Wharf or, if it’s more convenient, we’ll bring the session to your headquarters (provided there’s a whiteboard and a screen available).

Who can request an Innovation Workshop session?
We can accept requests from senior managers and company directors. You need to have authority and decision-making power within your organisation.

“We don’t really understand AI – is this for us?”
Yes, more-so.  The session is fundamentally NOT about AI technology. We deep-dive into business challenges where automation will help to drive efficiencies.  You only need to understand your business.  If you have multiple departments, sales/marketing and operations – then the workshop will be valuable.

I don’t understand everything you’ve said above – will this be useful for me?
If you know how your business works, and you want to ensure its continued growth and success, then YES.  You don’t need to understand AI or technology.

Does committing to an Innovation Workshop session commit me to future work with Door4?
No – these sessions are standalone, and require absolutely no further commitment.

Do I need to be a Door4 client to request an Innovation Workshop session?
No – the program is open to all businesses that meet qualifying criteria (our clients are very welcome.)

Is the Workshop open to anybody?
We can accept requests from businesses with annual sales revenue over £3m and/or 30 staff.  This represents the scale of business where the approach delivers value.

How long does the session last
We allow a 2 hour block for the session.  20 minutes for pleasantries and coffee, and a rigorously managed 100 minute sprint process.  We respect your time.

I have a large team, can I request multiple sessions?
We offer a single session free of charge.  If you believe that this process offers value to your business and want to repeat, we can offer a commercial program that expands on The Art of the Possible.
