Still confused by GA4?
You’re not alone. Even experienced marketers are struggling to connect the dots between traffic, conversions, and business impact. GA4 has added complexity, not clarity. And with multiple platforms reporting different numbers, it’s no wonder many are still guessing. It’s time to fix that.
This isn’t another “GA4 how-to”
This is a practical, commercial session for marketers who need to:
- Understand what’s really working
- Cut through attribution noise
- Align their teams around a clear performance strategy
Whether you’re trying to prove ROI, improve campaign efficiency, or just make sense of your dashboards, this is for you.
Led by Door4 MD Sean Dwyer.
Sean works with in-house marketing teams across ecommerce and lead-gen brands – helping them translate data into better decisions.
In this interactive session, he’ll walk you through:
- How to simplify GA4 and gain meaningful insights from your data
- What to track (and what to ignore) for SEO, Paid Media and CRO
- The pros and cons of attribution models – and why last-click is failing you
- How to build a simple Measurement Plan your whole team can use
- Where hidden insights live – and how to uncover them
Understand the key metrics that drive SEO, advertising, and web conversions.
Many businesses face conflicting data from multiple platforms like Google, Meta, and Adobe. How do you plan effectively when your resources are confusing at best?
We’ll walk you through creating a ‘Measurement Plan’ that gets everyone in your team on the same page. You’ll learn how to translate this into actionable insights that make a real impact across your marketing channels.
How long does the session last?
We will run from 08:30 – 11:00. Complimentary breakfast pastries and snacks served from 08:30, content starts at 09:00.
You’re very welcome to stick around at Door4 and chat with our team afterwards.
Is it a sales pitch?
No, definitely not. There is nothing to ‘buy’ at the end of this.
Can I bring a guest?
We have limited space in our office, so we prefer to restrict tickets to one per organisation. Please email us if you wish to bring more than one. Everybody attending must register on Eventbrite.
Is there car parking?
Yes, there is free parking on the Wharf site.
