Tough Furniture specialises in designing and manufacturing furniture exclusively for the challenging behaviour market. Our task was to create a fresh, new website that was mobile friendly, with an extended product inventory and a Get a Quote system.
What we did:
Designed a modern and responsive site which included search-friendly landing pages and a large product inventory to showcase Tough Furniture’s range. We also created individual product pages with specification data, delivery information, descriptions and images.
We added a Get a Quote system too, which allows customers to browse the range, add items to their cart and request quotes online – a new step for Tough Furniture, who had a simple enquiry form previously.
Why we did it:
The new site aims to make the customer journey a seamless one. It includes a new option to filter products by type and use, rather than by range names. It includes cross-sells too, to help customers find exactly what they need and increase revenue.
How we did it:
We built the product inventory system using WordPress and WooCommerce, and refreshed the site with an updated logo and colour palette. The addition of ‘news’ and ‘case study’ sections allows Tough Furniture to share different media using new, built in content blocks.
What we achieved:
We created a fresh and modern website that was user-friendly and showcased Tough Furniture’s full range. As a result of the updated site and product inventory, Tough Furniture has seen over 100% increase in index pages in Google. While goal completions are up 100% YOY.
