Pendle Connects is a new initiative to connect different business across the borough of Pendle. Its aim is to provide a platform for networking, information sharing, and business generation.
Pendle Connects events will run quarterly, with expert panel interviews and networking opportunities. The events are open to all Pendle-based business, as well as those who do business in the area whether private, public or voluntary.
The events will be introduced by Dean Langton, the Strategic Director of Pendle Borough Council, and hosted by Rachel Kay, Pendle Connects organiser and Director of lovelocalnetworking.
The launch event, Digital: What can it do for Your Business?, takes place on Thursday 16th March 2017 at the Training 2000 Cyber Centre in Nelson, from 8am-10am.
At the launch, attendees have the chance to learn about the latest digital technologies and marketing platforms to help improve their own business. Speakers will also discuss the importance of keeping your business cyber-secure.
This includes panel interviews, where Door4’s very own MD, Leon, will be quizzed on his digital know-how!
